Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Payment Integrity solutions in the Healthcare domain. The role involves managing large-scale programs, client engagement, and driving operational excellence with focus on financial metrics such as gross and net margins, utilization, and delivery efficiency.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business analysts, and auditors to ensure high-quality solution delivery aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Payment Integrity programs ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence

• Manage program financials including gross margin, net margin, revenue forecasting, and cost optimization
• Drive utilization targets and improve team efficiency/productivity
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts
• Collaborate with auditors and business stakeholders to align delivery with audit and compliance needs
• Act as primary client interface and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile/Hybrid delivery practices
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong delivery/program management experience
• Healthcare payer domain knowledge and claims lifecycle understanding
• Experience in Payment Integrity solutions (claims review, audit, recovery)
• Strong stakeholder management including auditors and business users
• Financial management (P&L, margins, utilization)
• Team leadership across QA, BA, and engineering teams

• .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs)
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Microservices and API-based architecture
• DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR)
