Job Description

Help our customers turn a plot booking into an owned asset — by getting their loan sanctioned fast.

Oraiyan Groups provides a plot & development loan facility to its buyers. As Loan Executive, you are the customer's single point of contact for financing: documents, eligibility, bank follow-up, and disbursement.

What you'll do

Collect and verify customer KYC, income, and property documents for loan files

Run eligibility checks and match each customer to the right lender/product

Log in files with partner banks/HFCs/NBFCs and follow up daily to sanction

Coordinate valuation, legal, and technical visits with our Legal and Registration teams

Track disbursements against booking milestones and update the CRM and Finance teams

Keep customers informed at every stage — our promise is a no-surprises loan journey

Maintain the loan MIS for weekly reporting to the Loan Facility Manager

Compensation: Fixed salary (as per experience) + per-file disbursement incentives

✅ What we're looking for

1–3 years in home loan / plot loan processing, DSA operations, or bank/NBFC sales-support (freshers with finance background may apply)

Careful with documentation — you catch the missing paper before the bank does

Persistent on follow-ups; comfortable talking to both bankers and customers

Working Excel/CRM skills

Kannada + English required
