As an LLM Model Developer, you will engage in the intricate process of fine-tuning Large Language Models. Your typical day will involve working closely with data sets to enhance model relevance and performance through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the models meet specific contextual needs, contributing to innovative solutions that drive the project forward. Your role will require a blend of creativity and analytical thinking as you navigate the complexities of model development, ensuring that the outputs align with the desired objectives and user requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices in model fine-tuning.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
• Experience with model evaluation and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
