Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals is also a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and precision in language model deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall expertise.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.
• Strong experience in front-end development frameworks and technologies related to Adobe Experience Manager.
• Ability to integrate user interface components with backend services effectively.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience in debugging and optimizing UI performance within complex content management systems.
