Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Linux, Windows, and basic knowledge of cloud or VMware technologies. Experience with databases is optional but considered a plus.

Must have skill : Linux & containerization (Docker, Kubernetes L2 level) ,VMware

Good to have skill : Devops tools like Ansible/Terraform/Python & Azure administration

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Linux and Windows environments.
• Assist with cloud or VMware infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
  
  

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in IT support or related fields.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies or VMware.
• Optional: Experience with databases.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA, Microsoft, VMware) are advantageous but optional
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
  
  

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
