Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore within the Real Estate Consulting and Advisory | Retail Vertical. The individual in this role will be responsible for engaging with clients in the retail real estate sector, providing strategic advisory services, and assisting in the development of tailored solutions. Tasks include conducting property assessments, maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting real estate sales initiatives, and collaborating on development projects to align with client objectives.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Development
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
  • Knowledge of Sales and Real Property transactions
  • Proactive communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A background in business or real estate consulting is advantageous
  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
