Position Title - Lead Procurement Excellence

Location - Bangalore

Role Overview

Guides and oversees Procurement Excellence Teams, ensuring effective projects deliveryManages complex project delivery, promoting effective and cooperative problem solving, alignment and result oriented deliveryDrives innovation, explores and obtains best practices reports performance metrics and projects status and updatesDemonstrates and promotes organizational vision and valuesEngages and influences cross function key stakeholdersConcentrates on increasing competitive advantage of procurement service deliveryEnsures procurement activities comply with laws, regulations and sustainability commitments Continuously looks for possible improvements to the procurement processes

General Responsibilities Or Accountabilities

Leads Procurement Excellence professionals in dispersed or complex environments acting as a people manager to foster a collaborative and high performing teamServes as a coach and mentor to Procurement Excellence team members, fostering personal development and supporting career aspirationsManages and monitors Procurement Excellence projects delivery according to the agreed scopeManages capacity regarding number of initiatives and internal team workloadDesigns, plans, and delivers projects per agreed scope and objectives, while developing strategies to execute tasks and projects in the most efficient wayCooperates with cross functional management teams to ensure right solution alignmentDesigns and drives the adoption of procurement solutions to ensure these are well received by stakeholdersBuilds and leverages relationships with internal within Procurement and external Stakeholders to align them towards new Procurement solutionManages change impact quantitative evaluation to increase organization awareness of Procurement solution impactAddresses service delivery teams feedback, regarding Procurement solution adoption and manages action plan if requiredHandles implemented solutions escalations and leads corrective action plan if neededDrives compliance and ESG related initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and lawsDemonstrates knowledge of new industry trends in ProcurementLeads all required updates to procurement policiesActs as a partner for Stakeholders to improve Clients satisfaction

Experience / Skills / Background

Experience in Transformation projects or initiative in Change management in Processes definition Background Global Capability CenterGlobal Organization Skills Resilience Very good communication skills (Being able to communicate at all level) Adaptability
