LEAD KUBERNETES ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a skilled Kubernetes Administrator with strong experience in managing on-premises and Azure-based Kubernetes environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Kubernetes administration, deployment automation using Helm Charts, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions.

Key Skills Required:

• 3–7 years of hands-on Kubernetes Administration experience
• Experience with On-Prem Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Expertise in Helm Charts for application deployments and automation
• Minimum 2 years of Azure Cloud experience
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices and Hadoop ecosystem
• Experience with Ansible (minimum 1 year)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and operational support skills

Preferred: Experience in containerization, infrastructure automation, security best practices, and production support environments.

  • Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
  • Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below
• Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
  • Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
  • Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
  • Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team 
  • Exercise employee recognition and appreciation
