As a IT Lead Engineer – Integration, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. You will work closely with other members of the software development team to ensure that software applications are functional, reliable, and meet user requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of software solutions that will meet or exceed business requirements which includes designing and implementing modules to the system specifications, conducting unit testing, troubleshooting issues, and producing detailed proposals to resolve issues.
• Evaluate new coding techniques, tools, modules, and implement as appropriate.
• Consult on requirements elicitation and definition.
• Design software solutions per systems requirements.
• Code software solutions per designs.
• Code reviews, unit test, and integrate coded modules.
• Assist other developers in resolving issues by providing guidance and training.
• Support testing and remediate defects.
• Support users through troubleshooting and analysis of production logs and data.
• Investigate new solutions, tools, products, and techniques to incorporate into coding standards.
• Typically responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other technical employees within technical discipline.
• Developing, testing, and maintaining software applications:

• Ensuring that software applications meet functional requirements and are reliable.
• Developing software applications using programming languages and tools.
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues:
• Identifying and fixing bugs in software applications.
• Providing technical support to end-users.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams:
• Working with other teams such as product management, quality assurance, and user experience to ensure that software applications meet business requirements and user needs.
• Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the codebase:
• Following coding standards and best practices.
• Staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies:
• Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry.
• Adhering to company coding standards and best practices:
• Adhering to company coding standards and best practices, ensuring that software applications are developed in a consistent and high-quality manner.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
• Good understanding in any of the programing language (Java,.net,Python)

• Bachelors degree in relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in software development.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
