Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a driven Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our business growth across domestic and European markets. In this role, you will identify and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance leaders who require background verification services. You will be responsible for building prospect pipelines, executing outreach campaigns, and qualifying leads to support the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target companies across Europe and domestic markets.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, online databases, and other tools.
• Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
• Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and gather key information.
• Schedule discovery calls and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
• Update CRM systems with accurate, GDPR-compliant data.
• Track and report weekly lead generation performance metrics.
