Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and map the right companies and decision-makers using internal and external research
  • Make outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Sales / Business Team
  • Maintain and expand a database of target companies and contacts
  • Track all outreach, updates, and qualified leads in the CRM
  • Monitor market intelligence and share insights to support sales planning

Skills Required:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales
  • Prior experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, FMCG, or EMPI is preferred
  • Strong research skills to identify the right accounts and stakeholders
  • Confident communicator with good phone and email skills
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound outreach

Education: Master of Business Administration
