As a Channel Excellence Lead, you will support the global optimization and execution of Honeywell Building Automation’s channel projects and priorities. Your focus will be to drive partner growth, streamline operational processes, and implement global standards across our network of distributors, system integrators, and other partner types. You will lead cross-functional efforts with stakeholders in sales, marketing, IT, legal, and pricing to enable scalable, best-in-class partner engagement.

Drive execution of global channel initiatives under the direction of BA channel leader and in partnership with regional CCOs and Channel Excellence teams
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales excellence, marketing, IT, legal, pricing) to advance commercial initiatives such as:
Partner portal strategy and execution
Standardization of channel processes
Inventory management and data commercialization
Partner facing processes and partner experience
Represent Building Automation in HON-wide channel programs including design model alignment, audits, and corporate channel policy
Maintain competitiveness of the BA channel program to partners, evaluate effectiveness of commercial incentives and recommend and support implementation of enhancements regionally
Support due diligence, compliance initiatives, and audit inquiries for Channel
Lead development and deployment of a best-in-class partner identification, qualification, onboarding and qualification process aligned to growth goals
Own the vision and roadmap for the BA partner portal in collaboration with IT and commercial stakeholders
Provide regular channel health reports, including competitive benchmarking and performance insights, to senior leadership
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience of at least 4-7 years in channel operations or related commercial roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics
Experience in program management, process mapping, management and deployment, including influencing and peer engagement
Professional maturity, including ability to manage through influence and partner with regional commercial leaders
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI and expert-level Microsoft Office skills
