About The Role

LeadSquared is scaling its US Education Sales business and is looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional to build and close new business across Higher Education institutions, K-12 school districts, and Ed-Tech organizations. This is a hunting-focused Individual Contributor role with full ownership of your assigned territory and pipeline. You will lead consultative conversations around Admissions CRM, Enrollment Automation, and Student Engagement solutions engaging enrollment, marketing, and IT stakeholders to drive deals from prospecting through to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver revenue targets across an assigned US Education territory or account set.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within Universities, Colleges, K-12 School Districts, and Ed-Tech companies.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders including Admissions Directors, VP/Director of Enrollment, Marketing Heads, and IT/Digital Transformation leaders.
• Manage the full sales cycle prospecting, discovery, solution demos, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Drive consultative, value-based selling by aligning LeadSquared solutions to institutional enrollment and engagement priorities.
• Support RFP responses, solution evaluations, and commercial discussions with guidance from senior sales leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to build winning account strategies.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to support territory growth.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and CRM hygiene for all opportunities.
  
  

• 0 - 5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Technology Sales, with exposure to the US Education sector (Higher Ed and/or K-12).
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
• Working understanding of Education technology ecosystems Admissions CRM, Enrollment Management, Marketing Automation, or Student Information Systems (SIS).
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving enrollment, marketing, and technology decision-makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable handling RFPs, pricing conversations, and basic contract discussions.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work US business hours and travel occasionally for institution visits and industry events.
