JDE Financial Functional Consultant (JDE 9.2)

Kyndryl is seeking a highly skilled and experienced JDE Financial Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. Role Overview

As a JDE Financial Functional Consultant, you will provide end-to-end functional support across key financial modules, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Support & Module Expertise

• Provide comprehensive support for JDE Financial modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Expense Management
• Analyze existing financial processes and recommend enhancements leveraging JDE 9.2 capabilities such as UX One, CafeOne, and Watchlists

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

• Ensure system compliance with Indian statutory regulations, including:
• GST configuration and reporting
• TDS processing
• Legislative updates and regulatory changes
• Support finance teams during tax audits, month-end, and year-end closing activities

Business Analysis & Design

• Conduct workshops to gather and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Collaborate closely with technical teams on solution design and implementation

Integration & Technical Collaboration

• Troubleshoot and configure integrations between Financials and other enterprise modules such as:
• Procurement
• Sales and Distribution
• Support integrations with external systems using Orchestrator and BSSV

System Enhancement & Reporting

• Design and maintain User Defined Objects (UDOs) to enhance user experience and productivity
• Utilize expertise in:
• JDE accounting flow
• One View Reporting (OVR)
• BI Publisher
• Standard financial reporting tools

Training & Documentation

• Conduct end-user training sessions
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong functional expertise in JDE Finance modules (JDE 9.2 preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Orchestrator, UDOs, and reporting tools
• Deep understanding of Indian financial and statutory requirements (GST, TDS)
• Proven experience in business process analysis and optimization
• Experience in integration troubleshooting and cross-module configurations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
