What do you need for this opportunity?

Must have skills required:

Apache Flink (stream-processing), ClickHouse, high-volume data pipelines, Keycloak (identity/access management), responsible AI tool usage for productivity, telemetry/event streams, Ci/Cd Pipelines, debugging production issues, integration problems, Integration Testing, Unit Testing, Docker, PostgreSQL, Rest APIs

A Unified AI Infrastructure Management platform is Looking for:

Java Lead – Required Qualifications

 5-7 years of professional backend engineering experience.

 Strong hands-on experience with Java, preferably latest JDK versions, and Spring

Boot.

 Experience designing and building REST APIs, microservices, and backend

business logic.

 Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query

optimization, and database integration.

 Hands-on experience with Kafka and Flink or similar event/message streaming

systems.

 Good understanding of backend security, authentication, authorization, API

performance, and scalable system design.

 Experience debugging production issues, performance bottlenecks, integration

problems, and data flow issues.

 Experience with Git, Docker, unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD

pipelines.

 Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools, with strong ability to review, debug, and

correct AI-generated code.

 Ability to ensure AI tools produce clean, secure, reliable, testable, and production-

ready code.

 Ability to work closely with frontend, cloud, infrastructure, and QA teams.

Preferred Qualifications

 Working knowledge of ClickHouse for analytics or high-volume data storage.

 Experience with Apache Flink or similar stream-processing frameworks.

 Experience with Keycloak or similar identity and access management platforms.

 Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.

 Experience handling telemetry, event streams, or high-volume data pipelines.

 Interest in using AI tools responsibly to improve developer productivity while

maintaining engineering quality.
