Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Architect to design and drive scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Java-based applications
• Define system architecture, technical solutions, and integration strategies
• Lead and mentor development teams across multiple projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability improvements
• Review code, conduct architecture discussions, and provide technical leadership
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks
  
  

• 9–12 years of experience in Java development and architecture
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and system design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  
  

• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to frontend technologies (React/Angular)
• Experience in data engineering or AI/ML-based systems
• Prior experience working with global clients

• Ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions
