CSAT should be high

Overall supportive and a key player for the team.

Communication skills needs to be great

Technical knowledge for Service Desk is mandatory

Qualification

Should be a Degree holder (Graduate)
2+ years of Experience in Technical/Service Desk
Knowledge required on Active Directory, SNOW, Azure, Bitlocker, Basic computer troubleshooting skills and Excellent communication skills
