IT Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

• Skilled testing resource with strong attention to detail; knowledgeable about different methods of testing are a must
• Strong communication skills are key success factor for candidate for this role who will be collaborating with colleagues across different time zones & locations on a daily basis
• Supports Salesforce.com delivery leadership with planning IT projects, ensuring goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame.
• Works with system support (Salesforce & adjacent teams) to resolve issues through ad hoc testing requests
• Able to quickly assess and understand a problem and develop an approach to thoroughly assess a solution delivered functions as expected and/or document the defects
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as described.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Sales, Service & Field Service delivery teams with monthly release process through authoring & running test scripts to ensure deliveries are functioning as expected and will not introduce any defects into the system
• Maintains and runs all regression test scripts across the Sales & Service space
• Collaborates with testers from other teams to ensure appropriate test standards are being met (and consistently delivered)
  
  

Qualifications

• Introductory knowledge of Salesforce.com, knowledge of Sales & Service Cloud is important, but will consider candidates with demonstrated ability to learn fast
• 2 to 4 years of experience in software testing (System Integration, Functional, Regression & Validation Testing) is a must
• Knowledgeable of Tosca is plus, but not mandatory
• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline plus generally two to four years of directly related experience.
• Strong working technical and/or IT development experience.
