Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs and/or customizes information technology (IT) solutions for own business or external clients | Applies best practices and advanced methodologies, including Scrum techniques, to address and review system requirements, business processes, changing development and technology environments | Responsibilities are within the IT Development Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

• Design and build scalable, performant front-end UI components aligned with UX best practices; develop and maintain a comprehensive pattern library.
• Integrate AI-assisted web development techniques within CMS workflows to automate content personalization, improve editorial efficiency, and support AI-powered user experiences.
• Collaborate with solution architects, digital marketers, and product owners to define solution architecture that meets both technical and business requirements.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive quality-first development practices within the team.
• Work effectively with globally distributed teams, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
• Continuously challenge the status quo: identify opportunities for digital innovation, recommend strategic improvements, and pilot new tools or methodologies.
