Investigations Advisor

Description

Works across team(s) and Ops organization WW to enable investigators to take right actions for customer and drive business metrics.

Partner with managers at the sites/functions to continuously evolve the advisor role and provide feedback to operations team based on the trend analysis and patterns observed through advisor-investigator working relationship.

Basic Operations: The candidate needs to be able to drive results as in a production environment. Will be accountable for responding and solving investigator queries within a defined SLA as per target.

People management: The Advisor would be responsible for investigator query resolution and establish communication in developing investigators for basic production work.

Process Improvements: As an Advisor, the candidate would need to identify operational inefficiencies that can be removed and existing procedures/SOPs that need to be enhanced.

Basic Qualifications

• The person should have more than 18 months experience in handling NOI Reports & NOI Appeals
• Demonstrates the ability and motivation to independently acquire expertise in new sub-functions
• Can effectively engage in verbal and written communication with both investigators and stakeholders
• Demonstrates the ability to simplify and articulate complex policy-related concepts
• Demonstrates the ability to mentor remote teams
• Should not have been part of any PIP/Dev plan in last one year
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates who have expertise in both NOI and NI
• Candidates who are active members of the RA KTR (Knowledge Transfer)
• Candidates with prior experience in recognizing progress gaps and submitting process change requests
• Candidates with previous experience in identifying progress gaps and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve them
• Candidates with experience in conducting defect audits for their team or function.
• Working Knowledge of Excel to generate reports
