Job Description

Description

At Amazon, we move fast — and keeping our transportation network safe and compliant requires sharp, detail-oriented investigators who thrive on data. As an Investigation Associate, you'll sit at the intersection of risk management and identity verification, working through cases methodically using standard operating procedures while maintaining the speed and accuracy our operations demand.

Your day-to-day will involve reviewing and verifying identities across multiple processes, spotting inconsistencies, and resolving issues as per SOP. You'll balance thoroughness with efficiency — every case matters, and so does every minute. This role suits someone who finds satisfaction in pattern recognition, clear processes, and measurable outcomes.

We're looking for candidates with a background in transportation or risk management who can bring analytical rigour to high-volume investigative work. You should be comfortable working in a 24×7 rotating shift environment with flexible weekly offs — our network never sleeps, and neither does our commitment to safety.

If you're energized by problem-solving at scale and want to play a direct role in protecting the integrity of Amazon's transportation operations, this is your opportunity.
