Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

As an Intune Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Design, build, and maintain endpoint management environments using Microsoft Intune
• Manage and automate device deployment and provisioning processes
• Design and implement automated laptop provisioning solutions
• Manage workstation compliance policies and endpoint security standards
• Create, maintain, and optimize scripts for patching and automation activities
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows updates and patch management solutions
• Manage endpoint security configurations and Windows platform hardening
• Support application deployment, configuration, and policy management through Intune
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and provide L2/L3 support for end-user and deskside escalations
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams for integrated endpoint solutions
• Ensure adherence to organizational security and compliance standards
• Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Experience in workstation compliance and endpoint policy management
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred)
• Expertise in Windows Operating Systems administration and troubleshooting
• Experience in Windows security hardening and endpoint protection
• Knowledge of patch management and software deployment processes
• Experience handling end-user escalations and deskside support
• Understanding of device enrollment, Autopilot, and modern endpoint management concepts
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Knowledge of network design and implementation concepts
• Experience with application packaging and deployment
• Familiarity with SCCM / MECM and co-management
• Understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID integration
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools
• Exposure to DEX / Endpoint Analytics tools
