Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives for our global hiring requirements during the US shift. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and sourcing strategies, with the ability to independently manage multiple high-volume and niche hiring mandates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
  
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.
  
• Conduct detailed screening and competency-based interviews to assess technical and a behavioral fit.
  
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and global interview panels across multiple time zones.
  
• Drive stakeholder communication by providing regular hiring updates, market intelligence, and recruitment metrics.
  
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements.
  
• Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and ensure a smooth offer-tojoining process.
  
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment systems.
  
• Mentor junior recruiters, share best practices, and contribute to process improvements.
  
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while meeting hiring SLAs and quality benchmarks.
  
  

Must Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably handling US or global hiring.
  
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment across technical and/or non-technical roles.
  
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and hiring manager engagement.
  
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and social media platforms.
  
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
  
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting hiring targets.
  
• Comfortable working in the Night Shift (US Hours).
  
  

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience hiring for international markets, especially in the US.
  
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and ATS platforms.
  
• Exposure recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and process optimization.
  
• Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruitment projects.
