Role Summary

Job Description

The H2R Intern administers processes and tasks across multiple areas of HR with local responsibility and organizes employee´s life cycle in the organization according the activity split. First H2R contact person for employees in all locations

Main Tasks

• Administer processes / tasks defined with local responsibility (according to activity split)
• Uses depth of knowledge and specialized skills in HR, e.g. Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance etc.
• Processes HRIS Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service HR transactions that are unable to be processed by the customer and provides assistance to Agency HR/payroll personnel in processing transactions (according to activity split with local responsibilities)
• Coordinates on local level the local H2R Operations
• Time and Attendance Management for Employees
• Third party employees contract management
• Employee Personal file administration and documentation
  
  

• Bachelors in Commerce
• Human Resournce and Data Analytics experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication
• Customer oriented and solution focused
• Excellent communicational skills in local language
• MS Office
