What you will do

Lead and scale high-performing inside sales teams across India and international marketsOwn regional and global portfolios with complete revenue accountabilityDrive sales strategy, forecasting, funnel management, and conversionsMentor, coach, and build future sales leadersWork closely with marketing, product, and placement teams to drive outcomesSet benchmarks, track performance, and consistently exceed targets

Who we are looking for

6–15 years of proven experience in Inside Sales leadership within EdTechStrong track record of managing large teams and multiple regionsOwnership mindset with the ability to operate independentlyData-driven, process-oriented, and execution-focusedComfortable handling senior responsibilities and scaling operations
