Influencer Marketing Associate On-Site

We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Associate to manage creator partnerships, execute influencer campaigns, and support brand collaborations across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard influencers/creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers
• Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns
• Negotiate collaborations and handle creator communication
• Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI
• Prepare reports and share campaign insights
• Research social media trends and viral content formats
• Maintain influencer databases and campaign records
  
  

• Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of influencer campaigns and social media trends
• Basic Excel/reporting skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in influencer marketing/social media is a plus
• Freshers with strong interest in digital marketing can apply
