About Team

The SSC- B Asset Protection team leverages Video Analytics for Shrink Prevention at Self Check Out, Investigation and Cashier Behavior. The Asset Protection Associate Analyst would be responsible for monitoring videos and reviewing transactions and behaviors.

Associates in this role will exercise strong communication skills, inquisitiveness, attention to detail, and must have general knowledge of store layouts, camera systems

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) footage and record findings. 
• Achieve set target of reviews on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Drive consistency and accuracy on identifying any deviation from the ideal or laid out SOPs to provide accurate feedback. 
• Identify opportunities with technology, systems, policies, and procedures, etc., and escalate to Supervisor. 
• Maintain a smooth communication channel with business groups through multiple channels
