Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  
  

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements independently.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
