Team Details

Tradeweb HRIS Team is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration, customization, and upgrading of the Oracle HCM Cloud system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and configuring Oracle HCM modules, along with the ability to collaborate with HR and multi-functional teams to meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end configuration based on business requirements and continuous improvement, ensuring the system aligns with HR processes and policies
• Hands-on expertise for Designing & developing integration process using tools like HDL, HCM Extracts & BI Publisher
• Must have hands-on experience to customize reports, workflows, and data structures within Oracle HCM.
• Auditing the data and cleaning it up prior to feeding the integration
• Hands-on experience for Creating & Maintaining BI Reports, OTBI Reports
• Extensive knowledge of HCM data Structures, Oracle table relationships.
• No Support/QA/Functional Profile
• Able to write complex SQL queries
• Implement and maintain integrations with other third-party systems
• Develop and deploy custom reports and data extracts per business needs
• Supervise and handle Oracle HCM Cloud system updates and releases, ensuring the right integration of new features and modules
• Test and address issues following system upgrades or patches
• Ensure configurations and customizations are accurately tested and detailed in the document
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in developing Oracle HCM Cloud
• Good understanding of the integration tools, including web services, REST APIs, and file-based integrations
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and related Oracle technologies for report writing and data extraction
• Experience in end-to-end configuration or deployments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud process is preferred
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools are a plus
