What would you do? "You will need to assist employees in completing the I-9 form, ensuring it is accurate, timely, and compliant. Use Form I-9 to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for work in the United States. All U.S. employers are required to complete this form for every person they hire, including both citizens and noncitizens. The form must be completed by both the employee and the employer (or an authorized representative). The employee must attest to their employment authorization and provide acceptable documents that prove their identity and employment eligibility. The employer must review these documents to confirm they appear genuine and relate to the employee and then record the information on the Form I-9. Employee Service - HR Delivery involves the execution and management of HR services and processes for employees. This includes tasks like payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, and handling employee records. The goal is to ensure that HR services are delivered efficiently and accurately. Effective HR delivery supports employee needs and helps maintain smooth HR operations. It is essential for ensuring a positive employee experience and organizational efficiency.
