Job Description

The Senior Compensation Tools & Analytics Lead is a key member of the Compensation Centre of Excellence (COE), responsible for the strategy, governance, and optimization of compensation systems, tools, data, and analytics. This role combines deep compensation expertise with advanced analytical capabilities to ensure the organization has accurate, reliable, and actionable reward insights.

The role partners closely with HR Technology, People Analytics, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver compensation reporting, modelling, benchmarking, pay equity analysis, annual compensation processes, and continuous improvements to reward technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and maintain compensation dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support business decision-making.
  • Deliver insights on pay positioning, market competitiveness, pay equity, internal equity, and compensation trends.
  • Conduct statistical analyses and modelling to support compensation strategy and reward programs.
  • Produce executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership and governance committees.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs.

Compensation Tools & Technology

  • Serve as the functional lead for compensation systems and technology solutions.
  • Partner with HRIS and technology teams to design, implement, test, and optimize compensation modules and processes.
  • Manage compensation system configuration, data integrity, security, and governance.
  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve compensation processes and user experience.
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and vendor relationships where applicable.

Data Governance & Compliance

  • Establish governance standards for compensation data quality and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with pay transparency, equal pay, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop controls and audit processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support internal and external audits related to compensation programs.
