HR Operations Specialist

Koch India is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused HR Operations Specialist to support and manage end-to-end HR operational processes. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR transactions while delivering a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.

Our Team

You will be part of a collaborative HR Operations team that supports employees and stakeholders across business units. The team focuses on delivering high-quality HR services, driving process excellence, and continuously improving operations through structured workflows and best practices.

What You Will Do

• Manage and execute end-to-end HR operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and internal guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to employee queries through defined intake channels and support case management within agreed SLAs.
• Participate in daily huddles, process discussions, brainstorming sessions, and monthly review meetings to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with integrity and responsibility.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
• Experience working with SOP-driven environments and process adherence.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and HR policies.
• Good communication skills with the ability to handle employee queries effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-driven, responsible, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively and participate actively in team discussions and reviews.
  
  
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience working in structured HR Operations or shared services environments.
• Familiarity with case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar systems).
• Exposure to HR systems or HCM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
