A successful HR Manager - TA should have:8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong ownership roles.
Proven track record in fast-paced startups or 0→1 / early-stage scaling environments.
Experience hiring across functions (tech, product, business, GTM) preferred.
Exposure to HRBP or broader people practices is a strong advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with founders.
