• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
• Handle baggage and assist with loading and unloading onto aircraft
• Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
