Hexagon EAM Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Hexagon EAM users, including issue resolution, user access, and data integrity. Work with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 

• Monitor and maintain interfaces between Hexagon EAM and SAP, ensuring data synchronization and timely resolution of integration issues. 

• Collaborate with Level 3 IT Analysts and Business Users to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements. 

• Participate in development, testing and support deployment of new features or modules. 

• Perform routine system maintenance, patch testing, and upgrades in coordination with the global IT team.

 • Document support processes, FAQs, and training materials for end-users. 

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and security standards.

Basic requirements (Education, Level of Experience, Language) 

• Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 

• Demonstrated deep system analytical skills, collecting / organizing system and DB information, problem solving 

• Minimum 6 years of overall experience out of which 3+ years of experience supporting Hexagon EAM (formerly Infor EAM) in a production environment is a must. 

• Hands-on experience with SAP integration (e.g., PM, MM modules) and middleware tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.). 

• Language: English (Required) 

Knowledge 

• Hexagon (formerly Infor) EAM Implementation and Configuration 

• Strong understanding of asset management processes and workflows. 

• Experience for companies in the manufacturing industry (heavy Industry preferred) 

Skills 

• EAM Functional: Work Order, Materials, Equipment, Purchasing, Administration, Dashboards, RCA

 • EAM Back-end configuration: Flex, System Administration, Screen and Report Writing, Security and Access Control, Entities and Classes, Data Model, Messenger, Document Management 

• General technical: SQL (Procedure, Functions, Jobs), EAM Databridge Pro 

• Soft Skills: Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and able to communicate to various audiences with varying technical knowledge Preferred (Desirable) 

• SAP PM and MM, DB Table Navigation, Excel, Visio, Scripting in Winshuttle / LSMW, Familiarity with Mobile applications 

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and data mapping.
