Healthcare Domain Consultant – US Healthcare

Location: India | Experience: 7–13 Years

We are looking for a Healthcare Domain Consultant with strong US healthcare experience to drive business growth, shape solutions, and lead healthcare transformation initiatives across payer, provider, and life sciences clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth within existing healthcare accounts and support new business opportunities.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and transformation discussions.
• Shape healthcare solutions, proposals, and business cases with measurable outcomes.
• Develop healthcare offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Advise clients on digital, data, AI, and healthcare transformation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, clinical SMEs, and technology teams to drive successful outcomes.
  
  

Required Skills

• 7–13 years of experience in Healthcare Consulting, Operations, or Transformation.
• Proven experience with US healthcare customers.
• Expertise in Provider, Payer, or Life Sciences domains.
• Strong proposal writing, solutioning, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Understanding of HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and healthcare ecosystem trends.
• Engineering degree required; MBA preferred.
