This is a unique opportunity to join the company as the first senior supply chain leader and build the entire supply chain organization from the ground up. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the operating model, infrastructure, systems, partnerships, and team required to support the company's growth journey from 1x to 10x scale.

About The Role

The Head of Supply Chain will own and lead the end-to-end supply chain function, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Manufacturing Coordination, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution, Customer Fulfillment, and Supply Chain Excellence.

This role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking and operational execution. The ideal candidate should have experience scaling supply chains in high-growth consumer businesses while maintaining strong service levels, operational efficiency, and working capital discipline.

You will work closely with the Founders and Leadership Team to build a resilient, technology-enabled, and customer-centric supply chain organization capable of supporting rapid business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership:

  • Define and execute the company's long-term supply chain strategy.
  • Design the operating model required to support rapid growth.
  • Build scalable supply chain capabilities across planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Develop a roadmap for supply chain transformation and automation.
  • Partner with leadership on growth planning, expansion initiatives, and new market entry strategies.
  • Serve as the primary supply chain advisor to the executive team.

Demand Planning & Integrated Business Planning

  • Establish best-in-class demand forecasting processes.
  • Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and planning discipline across the organization.
  • Align commercial plans with operational capabilities.
  • Create demand visibility frameworks that enable proactive decision-making.

Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

  • Develop sourcing and procurement strategies across all spend categories.
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and long-term contracts.
  • Drive supplier consolidation and procurement efficiencies.
  • Create supplier governance and performance management frameworks.
  • Build a resilient and diversified sourcing network.

Manufacturing & Vendor Operations

  • Partner with contract manufacturers and production partners.
  • Ensure production plans align with demand forecasts and growth objectives.
  • Drive manufacturing efficiency and service reliability.
  • Support new product introductions and category expansions.
  • Develop contingency plans for supply continuity and risk management.

Logistics, Warehousing & Fulfillment

  • Design and optimize national warehousing and distribution networks.
  • Build scalable logistics capabilities across online and offline channels.
  • Improve fulfillment speed, delivery accuracy, and customer service levels.
  • Drive freight optimization and transportation cost management.
  • Establish operational KPIs across warehousing and logistics functions.

Inventory & Working Capital Management

  • Develop inventory planning and governance frameworks.
  • Improve inventory turns while maintaining service levels.
  • Reduce stock-outs, overstocks, and obsolete inventory.
  • Optimize working capital and cash conversion cycles.
  • Drive inventory visibility through technology and analytics.

Supply Chain Excellence & Automation

  • Implement scalable processes, systems, and controls.
  • Lead ERP, planning, and supply chain technology initiatives.
  • Introduce automation and advanced analytics across the supply chain.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence programs.
  • Build data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Build the entire supply chain organization from the ground up.
  • Hire and develop high-performing teams across planning, procurement, logistics, and operations.
  • Establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor future leaders and create succession plans.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across departments.
