About the Role:

This isn’t a typical Head of Product role. The expectation is not just to optimize flows, but to fundamentally redefine how trading works for millions of users. You’ll step in at a critical inflection point, owning the next phase of growth for a platform already operating at scale. This role is about expanding into new product frontiers, unlocking new opportunities, and building category-defining trading experiences. It’s a high-impact mandate to drive innovation and shape the future of trading at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a Product Management team focused on conceiving, building, and launching user-focused, high-quality products that connect and grow the crypto economy.
• Work closely with fellow engineering, design, and business leadership to define our product vision and strategy across your product areas, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Identifying and defining KPIs and metrics for the team to set targets and drive overall team performance.
• Hire, manage, and grow a team of Product Managers and help them to reach their potential.
• Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment where change is constant and creativity is a must.
• Driving a cross-functional team with engineering, design, support, and marketing to resolve end to end customer issues.
  
  

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

• Trading experience in the past, with a strong understanding of financial markets—especially Indian markets—and a genuine passion to build and scale products in this space
• 14+ years of Product Management experience with 4+ years in scaling digital B2C products with customer first focus
• A deep understanding and appreciation for good design and user experience
• A track record of building exceptional products that delight your users and produce clear business impact
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and support.
• Ability to direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence
• Experience collecting both internal and external customer feedback and requests, empathizing with their challenges and opportunities, and prioritizing roadmaps to optimize results
• Experience in A/B testing and in working with data analytics/data science teams to get metric driven analysis
• Worked in an agile environment or on the scrum methodology
• Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the CoinDCX mission

Good to have :

• Experience working in regulated industries collaborating with legal, compliance, and customer support teams
