About Our Client

A company in the healthcare tech industry based in Bengaluru.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end operations across Private and Government healthcare business segments.
Manage Customer Success, Customer Support, Field Service, and Inventory & Logistics functions.
Drive operational strategy, execution, and performance against business goals.
Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams.
Build and implement SOPs, escalation frameworks, and scalable operational processes.
Partner with Sales, Technology, and Medical teams to align operations with growth objectives.
Oversee inventory management, field installations, service delivery, billing, and customer support activities.
Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Strong experience in healthcare operations
Start-up mindset, experience in business operations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong track record of building scalable processes, SOPs, governance frameworks, and performance management systems from the ground up.
Confidence using data to make decisions
Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
Good problem-solving and organisational abilities
