Responsibilities

• Proactively support GTM Roles like SDRs, Demand Gen, as well as various G&A role like Finance and Ops to build and maintain strong hiring pipelines
• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
• Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
• Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with clear performance expectations
• Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently
• Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Prior experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Channel, Customer-facing teams) is a plus
