Scalio is Looking for:

Scalio is an AI-powered video ad and UGC content creation platform used by 100K+ brands and SMBs. We are now building our US growth engine from the ground up and are looking for a Growth Lead who has done this before — not someone who wants to learn consumer growth for the first time.

You will own Scalio's US market growth, starting from zero. Our founders handle paid acquisition; what we are missing is someone who can build and run a creator-led, UGC-driven organic growth motion in the US market. If it works, you scale it globally.

What you will own:

• Build and run Scalio's US UGC and creator program from scratch — TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Source, hire, brief, and manage a roster of creators to drive installs, views, and conversions
• Own growth targets for the US market — installs, signups, revenue
• Identify what channels, hooks, formats, and messages work and scale them aggressively
• Work closely with the founders and product team on onboarding, activation, and conversion
• Build the growth playbook and eventually hire a small execution team under you
  
  
  

You should have:

• Hands-on experience scaling a B2C or D2C consumer app — NOT B2B
• Gone through a 0→1M or 1→5M ARR growth journey at a consumer product
• Direct experience running UGC programs or creator-led growth — hiring creators, briefing them, and driving measurable results from short-form content
• US market or international consumer market experience preferred; strong India-market candidates considered
• Ability to clearly explain what you owned, how you did it, and what the results were
• IC mindset — comfortable building from zero in a 10-person startup with no existing US growth infrastructure
  
  
  

Good to have:

• Experience at companies like Pocket FM, Apps for Bharat, Emergent, or similar Indian consumer apps that have scaled internationally
• Familiarity with paid channels (Meta, TikTok Ads, Google UAC) as a complement to organic
• Experience with paywall or subscription conversion optimisation
