This role is<br>intended for experienced product leaders who continue to remain deeply involved in product strategy<br>and execution.</div><div><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>• Lead multiple product initiatives across the organization.<br>• Mentor and develop APMs, PMs, interns, and junior Product Managers.<br>• Strengthen collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams.<br>• Review PRDs, product strategy, execution plans, and roadmap prioritization.<br>• Drive product quality, execution excellence, and product thinking across teams.<br>• Coach teams on structured problem-solving and product decision-making.<br>• Own business outcomes across multiple product areas.</div><div><br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br>• 6+ years of Product Management experience.<br>• Minimum 2 years of experience mentoring or managing Product Managers, APMs, or interns.<br>• Strong Product-Engineering collaboration experience.<br>• Excellent PRD writing and review capability.<br>• Strong systems thinking and product architecture understanding.<br>• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.</div><div><br><strong>Preferred Background<br></strong>• Gaming, Consumer Internet, D2C, High-growth technology startups</div><div><br><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile<br></strong>• Passionate coach and mentor—not just a people manager.<br>• Strong product intuition backed by analytical decision-making.<br>• Ability to build high-performing product teams.<br>• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.<br>• Career diversions are acceptable if the candidate demonstrates strong overall product leadership experience</div>
