About NATS Apprenticeship Program

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. It’s a way for Volvo to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program

Key Responsibilities

• Retiral benefits administration
• FBP Claims administration
• Payroll administration
• EDM Administration

• Employee Files Hardcopy Scanning & sending it to his/her Official Email ID
• Convert scanned documents into EDM tickets
• Process and resolve tickets by uploading documents to the EDM database through the ASK HR platform
• Ensure accuracy and proper documentation throughout the process
  

Training

• On-the-job training will be provided by the team
  
  

Skills Required

• Basic computer knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow process guidelines
  
  

Qualification

• B Com Graduates, (2024, 2025 and 2026 pass out only)
