Role Overview

We are looking for a Golang Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join the core engineering team at EdNxt (USDC). The role involves building scalable backend systems, APIs, and internal platforms for the admission management ecosystem. This is a hands-on startup role where the candidate will work closely with product and business teams while taking ownership across development, deployment, and problem-solving. Candidates from product-based startups with strong backend fundamentals and Golang experience will be preferred.

Must-have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang and backend development
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and testing practices
• Understanding of multi-tenant architecture, API documentation, and backend optimization
• Startup mindset with ability to work across development, debugging, and deployment
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in real-world production environments

• Experience working in B2C product-based or startup environments
• Exposure to EdTech or high-scale consumer platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps practices
• Understanding of databases, system design, and distributed systems

• Build and optimize backend services powering EdNxt’s admission management platform
• Develop scalable APIs and workflows for student enrollment and internal systems
• Work on high-impact backend modules, integrations, and platform stability
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable technical solutions
• Contribute to deployment, testing, monitoring, and overall platform performance
