Key responsibilities of the role:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their maintenance requirements, workflows, and challenges. Translate business needs into functional specifications and SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.
• Design SAP S/4HANA PM module to meet business requirements. Customize and optimize the system for maintenance planning, work order management, asset management, and associated processes.
• Analyze current maintenance processes and suggest improvements, aligning them with SAP S/4HANA PM capabilities. Implement best practices for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience in Asset Management System for Utilities (Generation, Transmission and Distribution)
• Hands on experience of design and execution of Asset hierarchy, asset nomenclature, Functional location, asset analytics, asset residual life and asset retirement activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as procurement, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration of PM processes with other SAP modules or external systems.
• Work independently on defining solution for complex projects or contribute to solution of a program
• Specialized in a technology/domain/functional competency area and prepare a road map for the competency/T&D industry segment in form of competitive service offerings
• Get involved in assignments in large programs, help in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new business processes and organization capabilities.
• Program management of large, complex business programs to deliver digitally enabled solutions
• Identify opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks
• Draw on extensive knowledge and experience across System Integration projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management projects in Utilities industry
• Experience in implementing at least one End to End SAP PM Project for utility.
• 3+ years of experience of working in Asset Management with advanced knowledge of enterprise or application systems (at least 2 of the following systems – (Asset Maintenance, GIS, Asset Analytics, Asset planning, DERMS and GIS) and minimum 2 year of experience in Asset Management Services, Asset Lifecycle Management, Predictive Analytics and Reliability Centered Maintenance
  
  
  

• Asset Management Certifications for platforms such as SAP / IBM / Oracle / Salesforce (Would be an advantage)
• Experience in Field Service Mobility platforms
• Cloud Certifications in Azure / AWS / GCP platforms
