Must have skills:  

• Deep experience in healthcare systems, MedTech or digital health, with the ability to link technology to outcomes and value creation.
• Proven success in designing and executing strategies across growth, go-to-market, operating models, and national level digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of technology levers in healthcare, including cloud, AI, analytics, and data strategy.
• Advanced skills in market analysis, business case development, and financial modeling to drive evidence-based decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-suite level across providers, payers, and regulators. Good to have skills:  
• Experience in M&A, commercial due diligence, or integration in health tech
• Thought leadership through publishing, speaking, or practice development in health tech strategy

You will lead digital health strategies, operating models and market growth initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes, while managing project teams to solve complex problems and align business, technology, and strategic priorities. You will drive data-driven insights through market assessments, benchmarking, and f inancial analysis to inform strategic decisions. The role will involve working closely with senior executives and building trusted relationships and influence critical decisions, all while supporting business development, mentoring the team, and contributing thought leadership on emerging trends. • Lead health tech strategy and transformation engagements, covering digital initiatives and market growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with client leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Drive data-driven insights through market assessments, benchmarking, and financial analysis to support decision-making  Stakeholder & Engagement Management
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, capability building, and delivery excellence.
• Ensure high-quality outputs and effective problem-solving methodologies are consistently applied. 
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong influencing and advisory skills. Practice & Business Development
• Identify and shape new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and participate in client pitches.
