What Makes You a Great Fit

Pebl is seeking an expense specialist contractor for our Global Payroll and Expense team. This is a purely tactical, execution-focused role designed to manage high-volume expense auditing and data entry for a 3 month period.

We are looking for a reliable partner who can maintain high standards of accuracy and policy compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.

The Engagement Structure

This is a fixed-term three month contract with preferred support during EMEA business hours (typically 11:00 - 20:00 IST). High availability and responsiveness during this window is critical to success in the role.

How Youll Make An Impact

• Global Audit & Compliance: Perform end-to-end audits of employee expense reports across 30+ countries, ensuring adherence to Pebl’s global policies and local tax requirements (VAT/GST).
• System Management: Accurately process, approve, or reject claims within Expensify, providing clear and professional guidance to employees when corrections are required.
• Data Integrity: Ensure all expenses are correctly coded to the General Ledger and posted accurately within NetSuite.
• Reporting & Controls: Maintain precise records of approvals and rejections to ensure audit readiness and operational visibility.

• Experience: 3+ years in global expense management, payroll, or accounting.
• Technical Proficiency: Professional-level experience with Expensify and NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Global Knowledge: Familiarity with managing multiple currencies and international expense nuances.
• Communication: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain policy details with patience and clarity.
• Reliability: Proven ability to meet strict deadlines during high-volume periods with minimal supervision.
