Job Description

We are looking for a visionary and technically strong GenAI Automation Leader to drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives with deep focus in ML, Gen AI and Agentic AI. This role demands deep expertise in GenAI, agentic AI automation, and enterprise automation strategies, with a strong focus on Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations. Knowledge of banking processes is a plus. This role requires expertise in leading assessments, developing innovative automation solutions, and building business cases and ROI for technical solutions for shaping the future of our AI-driven solutions, emphasizing reusability, asset creation, scalability, and deployment at an enterprise level.

Primary Skills

• 18+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on ML and Gen AI technologies.
• Proven track record of process knowledge, designing scalable AI solutions in large-scale environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build business cases & ROI-driven proposals.
• Hands-on experience with ERP integrations and enterprise automation tools.
• Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other industry-standard tools.
• Proven experience in automation for F&A, Supply Chain, customer operations by leveraging multiple technology components including AI/ML, Gen AI & Agentic AI.
• Expertise in Gen AI & Agentic AI technologies, including frameworks like Lang chain, Lang graph, semantic kernel and other LLM based services including OpenAI.
• Proven implementation experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP with a focus on AI services.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for automation and process improvement.
  
  

• Lead the business assessments and bring out Gen AI solutions for automation across various domains including F&A, Supply Chain, customer operations and banking processes.
• Design and implement Gen AI & Agentic AI automation strategies tailored to enterprise needs.
• Build compelling business cases and ROI models for proposed technical solutions.
• Architect and deliver innovative GenAI & Agentic AI powered automation solutions for complex business processes.
• Ensure seamless integration with various ERP systems and enterprise platforms.
• Leverage standard tools in the market such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and others to enhance automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the assessment & automation team.
• Identify opportunities for innovation within the AI domain, focusing on the development of reusable assets and tools.
  
  

• Master’s degree in computer science and Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
