Key Responsibilities

• GeM Portal Management
  
  

Create, manage, and regularly update Sturlite's product catalogue on GeM covering Modular Switches, Wires & Cables, LED Lighting (Indoor & Outdoor), MCBs, DBs, and Accessories.

Ensure listings comply with GeM specifications, mapped accurately to correct product categories with OEM, MSME, and Make-in-India tags where applicable.

Maintain and renew Sturlite's brand registration, OEM credentials, BIS/ISI certification references, and seller profile on the portal.

Monitor buyer enquiries, RFQs, and Direct Purchase opportunities and respond in a timely, competitive manner.

• Tender & Bid Management
  
  

Identify and track relevant tenders from Central/State PSUs, CPWD, PWD, Electricity Boards, Railways, Smart City projects, and Municipal Bodies through GeM and aligned portals covering Switches, Wires, and LED Lighting categories.

Prepare technically and commercially competitive bid submissions including compliance documentation, price discovery, and L1 pricing strategies.

Coordinate EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), performance guarantees, and bank guarantee submissions with Finance.

Analyse bid outcomes (L1/L2 results) and work with Sales leadership to refine pricing and winrate strategies.

• Order Processing & Fulfilment
  
  

Receive, validate, and accept Purchase Orders from GeM buyers; initiate order processing in coordination with Supply Chain.

Liaise with the warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery as per GeM SLA commitments.

Upload invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans on the GeM portal; ensure accuracy and compliance at every step.

Track delivery status and maintain strong OTD (On-Time Delivery) metrics to sustain Sturlite's seller rating and portal score.

• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
  
  

Ensure all Sturlite listings and transactions comply with GeM guidelines, DPIIT policies, and GFR 2017 norms.

Maintain updated documentation: GST certificates, CA-certified financials, annual turnover proofs, BIS/ISI mark references, ISO certificates, and product test reports.

Stay current with GeM policy changes, portal upgrades, new category introductions, and MSME/Startup India preference norms relevant to electricals.
