This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with team members to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance service quality. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the workday is dynamic and focused on continuous improvement and innovation to address complex business challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates. Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve development processes and product quality. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Strong understanding of backend development, including server-side programming and database management. Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
